Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
– Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, either in functional or technical analysis.
– Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems integration.
– Familiarity with software development methodologies and system design principles.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable system requirements.
– Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
