Core IT Modernization Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Core IT Modernization Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:

– Design and implement modern architectures and frameworks for core IT systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
– Oversee the implementation of modernization projects, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
– Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality and reliability of modernized systems.
– Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams during the modernization process, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
– Proven experience in core IT system modernization, including system upgrades, cloud migration, and adoption of modern architectures.
– Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, databases, and infrastructure components.
– Proficiency in assessing legacy systems, identifying pain points, and developing modernization strategies.
– Experience in implementing modern architectures such as microservices, containerization, or serverless computing.
– Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
