Job Description:

UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into engaging and seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather user requirements and understand business objectives.
– Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
– Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, considering usability, accessibility, and brand guidelines.
– Develop user personas, user flows, and information architectures to guide the design process.
– Apply best practices in UI/UX design, interaction design, and visual design to create compelling user experiences.
– Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts and maintain design consistency.
– Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
– Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
– Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to improving the overall user experience across our digital products.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
– Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and processes.
– Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision.
– Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
– Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
– Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
– Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design decisions.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Continuous learning mindset and eagerness to stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends and advancements.
